(5 pts) Identify one key problem. While there may be several problems and a multitude of symptoms, attempt to identify one problem, the resolution of which would alleviate most of the symptoms found in the case.Key Issues (35 pts) Identify at least three key issues/factors that impact the identified problem, and explain why each factor is central to this case. You should integrate at least three external citations in this section.Alternative Solutions (35 pts) Develop three specific alternative solutions to the defined problem then present the pros and cons of implementing each alternative.
