Additionally, we guarantee a 100% refund, in the case when you are charged twice, on one of the conducted transactions. In case we are unable to find an appropriate expert to handle the client; however, this is a rare case, we client is guaranteed a 100% refund upon request. Nonetheless, we have suitable experts from different fields of study to ensure that we evade such instances as much as possible. Thus, this should not stop you from making your orders.

Delivery Past Due Dates

There might also occur instances when we deliver the assignment past the due date. We will have to probe into the claim and ascertain its validity. Kindly note that we do not guarantee any refund if the setback is due to a lack of vital information regarding the assignment. In the event the setback was due to our inaccuracy, we provide and guarantee a 100% refund.

Revisions

In case you need revision and are unable to get a suitable expert to tackle the work, we guarantee a 15% to 50% refund. The refund amount will be as per our manager’s findings after a thorough probe into the situation if you fail to submit the revision within the stipulated time results to a 15% refund of the total amount.

Dissatisfaction on the Quality of Work

When the client feels dissatisfied with the quality of work, that is, the work is not of high-quality as per the client, we also guarantee a refund. However, the amount of the refund money the client will receive is as per the findings of an investigation by our manager concerning the claim. Additionally, to get a refund based on plagiarism, we require a plagiarism report as evidence of a lack of originality. A provision for requesting for refund is not later than 10 days from the due date indicated in the order form. We kindly ask our clients to present their request for a refund calmly. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee a refund with an open and active argument. However, we gladly accept criticisms. Also, we appreciate feedback and suggestions from our clients. Time Involved in the Processing of Refunds.

It will take a period of at most 10 working business days for the manager to have enough time to process the request. We kindly request patience and total corporation to make this successful. In the event a client presents a request for a refund, the manager will ensure to conduct a thorough investigation to ensure the validity of the request claim. Therefore, upon ascertaining the issues, the manager then grants the client with their wish. We also encourage our clients and prospective clients to present to use with any questions regarding the assignment in due time.
